At CurlyMe Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our contact form within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the hair is in its original packaging with all tags attached; hair that has been washed, installed, or cut cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

• 3.
  Ship the Item Back

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated return center using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
